Dear Reseller,

We are happy to announce that OrderBox has been successfully migrated to our TexasOne DataCenter on the 24th of November, 2012. As part of this migration, we would like to highlight a couple of important changes that you need to make.

Important IP Changes

The IP addresses associated with a few of our services have changed. We have automatically made these changes for Domains that are using our DNS and pointing to our NameServers. However, if your Domains are managed on another platform, you will need to manually update its Nameservers and point them to the new IP Addresses mentioned below.

We request you to kindly review your service URLs and ensure that they are in sync with the new IP addresses mentioned above. We will be deprecating the old IP addresses on the 24th of December, 2012.


We recommend that you share the information in this mail with your Sub-Resellers to ensure that they can make the necessary changes and avoid experiencing any downtime.
